Park rules

The park rules established by Tristate Off-road Park are enforced for the safety of everyone. Beyond the rules set forth, please be courteous, safe and observant to your surrounding areas so everyone can enjoy a day of family fun no one will forget!

General Rules:

- All armbands must be worn throughout your stay at the park

- Coolers and grills are permitted on the property

- No glass bottles in play hole

- No riding in the back of a truck or vehicle that is unsafe to do so

- No cutting doughnuts in parking or any area but the playhole

- No littering, trashcans are placed randomly throughout the park to be used

- Fires are permitted but must be in barrels or pit, do not burn on grass or dirt

- No fires are permitted during active burn bans

- We love music, but respect others. If asked, please turn down or move to another area

Racing Rules: 

- All racers must sign in at tower before the first race of your category starts

- All racers must attend drivers meeting for their category of race

- Helmets are required of  driver and passenger on the fast track

RULES OF THE PARK WILL BE ENFORCED. IF ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARK BY ONE OF OUR STAFF MEMBERS, YOU ARE OFFICIALLY BANNED FOR THE REMAINING DAY.
